The National Action Plan

The second National Actioin Plan for Digital Inclusion (Pdf, 1.29 Mb) , adopted by the Government Council on January 16th 2026, aims to facilitate the emergence of an inclusive digital society and counteract a digital divide that would harm society as a whole.

It lays a solid foundation for sustainable action in the field of digital inclusion and acts as a facilitator to make digital technology an economic and social lever for all those who choose to embrace it.
