Monitoring and assessment

The implementation of the national action plan will be accompanied by rigorous monitoring and continuous evaluation to ensure the relevance, effectiveness and impact of the measures.

A structured system will be put in place to measure progress, identify obstacles and adjust actions. A steering committee, bringing together the relevant ministries and administrations, will coordinate actions, ensure their consistency and support decision-making based on the data collected.

An external evaluation will be entrusted to a specialised third party, with an interim report halfway through to take stock and adjust actions, followed by a final report after five years to measure the overall impact and make recommendations for future policies.

At the same time, regular monitoring will be carried out by the Ministry for Digitalisation, in collaboration with the ministries involved, using qualitative and quantitative indicators.
