SIP - Information and Press Service of the Government
The Information and Press Service (SIP) has a mission to raise awareness and control of the digital accessibility of public sites and applications as defined in the law of 28 May 2019. Raising awareness involves organizing training as well as implementation of standards published on the accessibilite.lu website. Public sites and applications are regularly checked by the SIP and the results of these checks are published transparently on the Open data portal.
Any person with a disability who encounters a digital accessibility problem on a public site or application can file a complaint. The SIP is responsible for managing these complaints and mediating between citizens and administrations on this subject.
The SIP produces a report every three years on the state of digital accessibility in the public sector in Luxembourg.
