Help us shape the physical reception desks of tomorrow!

The Ministry fir Digitalisation has just launched a survey regarding "local reception desks" that could be established in different regions of the country.

Today, citizens can visit the Guichet.lu physical reception desk located on Rue Notre-Dame in Luxembourg City to obtain information and advice on administrative procedures. To make these services more accessible, the government has committed, as part of the coalition agreement, to developing additional "Guichet" reception offices in different regions of the country.

The objective of the Ministry for Digitalisation's survey is to better understand your needs and to design "local reception desks" that meet them. Your opinion is essential to help us conceptualize and implement these service points throughout the country.

Information stands across Luxembourg

In addition to the online survey, the ministry will meet with you through an information stand that will be set up in several locations across Luxembourg from October to early December. By visiting this stand, you can learn more about the initiative, complete the survey online or on paper, and get answers to your questions about the "local reception desks" project.
