National digital inclusion day

On May 17, 2022, the first National digital inclusion day took place in Luxembourg. This day was part of the World Telecommunications and Information Society Day and materialized one of the initiatives of the National Action Plan for Digital Inclusion, drawn up by the Ministry for Digitalisation in collaboration with a dedicated inter-ministerial working group.

Organised by the Ministry for Digitalisation, the National digital inclusion day aimed to increase the visibility of actors and initiatives working in favor of digital inclusion in Luxembourg.

Co-creative workshops at the GovTech Lab

On May 17, the non-profit organization GERO offered its members the opportunity to participate in two co-creative workshops for seniors, which were organised by the Government IT Center (CTIE) in the GovTech Lab.

The workshops focused primarily on online public services, including the transactional platform MyGuichet.lu. They were an opportunity for the Guichet.lu and MyGuichet.lu teams to interact with the participants who were able to share their feedback.
