Coordinating the National Action Plan

The diversity of stakeholders involved – ministries, administrations, civil society and the private sector – requires strong coordination to ensure the consistency and strategic continuity of the Action Plan's actions.

This coordination aims to structure monitoring and steering, facilitate the exchange of information and support consultation on the priorities defined. It also involves setting up evaluation mechanisms to monitor developments and share good practices, as well as ongoing dialogue with the public and stakeholders concerned, in order to gather their feedback and improve the relevance of actions.

Initiatives

To ensure the consistency and strategic continuity of actions, the National Action Plan for Digital Inclusion is rolling out concrete initiatives aimed at structuring governance, strengthening consultation and facilitating information sharing between stakeholders. These measures contribute to effective monitoring, transparent communication and the promotion of collective efforts.

To ensure the coordination of the National Action Plan for Digital Inclusion, five objectives have been defined:

  1. Organize and ensure efficient coordination of the governance of the National Action Plan
  2. Monitor the state of digital inclusion in Luxembourg
  3. Promote digital inclusion through events
  4. Support innovation in digital inclusion
  5. Ensure transparent communication that enhances the value of information
